Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Shipping origin

All orders ship from our warehouse in Cathlamet, Washington, United States.

United States - domestic rates

Standard shipping: $8.00 USD
Express shipping: $15.00 USD
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.

International shipping

Orders shipping to Canada and other international destinations are charged carrier-calculated rates, shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Express orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
